This Privacy Policy explains how FlagShip Digital LLC (“Synqora,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Synqora platform, website (synqora.live), and related services (the “Service”).
A note on roles: for information about our customers (merchants and their team members), we act as a data controller. For personal information contained in our customers' store data— such as their shoppers' names and shipping details in order records — we act as a service provider / processor, handling that data only on the merchant's instructions to provide the Service. If you are a shopper of a store that uses Synqora, the store (not Synqora) controls your data; please direct requests to that store.
Account and contact information. Name, business name, email address, and login credentials when you create an account, book a demo, or contact us.
Billing information. Subscription and payment details processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Store and catalog data. When you connect your e-commerce store (e.g., Shopify) and distributor feeds, the Service retrieves and processes product data (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, inventory), store configuration needed for publishing, and related credentials, which are stored encrypted.
Order data (processed for merchants). To provide order visibility features, the Service syncs limited order information from your connected store: order numbers, statuses, totals, line items, and limited customer details — name, email, city/region/postal code, and country. We deliberately do not store full street addresses. This data is processed on the merchant's behalf.
Usage and device data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken in the app, used for security, troubleshooting, and improving the Service.
Communications. Emails and support messages you send us.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16; the Service is for business use.
We do notsell personal information, and we do not use your shoppers' personal information for advertising or marketing.
We share information only with:
We retain account and billing information for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. Catalog and order data is retained while your subscription is active to provide the Service. After termination, we make exportable data available on request for 30 days, then delete or de-identify Customer Data from active systems within a commercially reasonable period; encrypted backups roll off on a fixed schedule.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest for sensitive credentials (per-tenant envelope encryption), access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
EEA/UK: our legal bases are contract performance (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, improvement), and legal obligation. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
California:we act as a “service provider” for merchant store data and do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. California residents may exercise rights described above via privacy@synqora.live.
We are based in the United States and process data there. Where we transfer personal information from other jurisdictions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses with our service providers.
The website and app use strictly necessary cookies (authentication, session security) and limited analytics to understand site usage. We do not use advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent login.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice before they take effect. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
